1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- To cancel, contact our support team with your order details.
2. Order Cancellation (After Dispatch)
- Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
- In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy (if applicable).
3. Customized Jewellery Orders
- Orders for customized or made-to-order jewellery cannot be cancelled once processing has started.
4. Membership / Business Orders
- Orders placed as part of membership or business activation (direct selling model) are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
5. Refund for Cancelled Orders
- If a cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
6. Incorrect Orders
- If you have placed an order by mistake, contact us immediately. We will try to assist if the order has not been processed.
7. Right to Cancel
- Heerahut reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Payment issues
- Stock unavailability
- Suspicious or fraudulent activity
