1. No Refund on Used Products
- Once the product is used or damaged, it is not eligible for return or refund.

2. Return Eligibility
- Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery - Product must be unused and in original packaging - Invoice is mandatory

3. Non-Refundable Conditions
- Customized jewellery - Special discounted products - Membership-based purchases

4. Refund Process
- Once approved, refund will be processed within 7–10 working days - Refund will be issued via original payment method

5. Exchange Policy
- Exchange is allowed for defective or damaged products only - Proof (video/images) required

6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable - Return shipping may be borne by customer (if applicable)

7. Quality Assurance
All diamonds are quality-checked and certified before dispatch.
